Grant Reports

Grant Reports & Deadlines

For many of The County Foundation’s grant programs, we ask recipients to submit a follow-up report to help us track the impact of the grants in Prince Edward County. This is important information for us, the community, and our donors.

Reports must be received within 1 year of the grant being received; or 2 months following the end of the project – whatever is sooner.

Unused grant money would need to be returned unless provided with an extension. Please be aware that if you do not submit a grant report then you risk being unable to apply for additional funding through The County Foundation.

The County Foundation will send out a reminder when the deadline for a grant report is 1 month away, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the grant recipient to provide their report on time, as well as alert us to any changes with contact information. Any major project changes or developments must be reported to us immediately.

We recognize that writing a report is not always accessible for everyone and therefore we would be happy to arrange a follow-up interview with our staff if that is preferable. Reach out to Gillian Armstrong, our Grants and Communications Manager at g.armstrong@thecountyfoundation.ca to set up an interview.
