Vital Impact Fund 2025: Rising Impact

Last year, The County Foundation launched its new signature fund – The Vital Impact Fund, which brings together the work of our Vital Signs data and our grants to better serve the needs of the Prince Edward County community.
For 2025 , we are excited to announce some changes that will make it bigger and better. We are looking for impactful ideas, so we have decided to increase the maximum grant size to $60,000. This will be the largest grants we offer through our public calls for applications.
We want ideas that have clear and actionable steps, use Vital Signs data to guide decisions, and show how collaboration will amplify the effectiveness of the work.
